Year 11 and 12’s students at Tyldesley School have been studying Willy Russell’s musical, ‘Blood Brothers’.

As a reward for their excellent work and engagement in English Literature, learners attended a live theatre production of ‘Blood Brothers’ at the Liverpool Empire Theatre.

All in attendance had an excellent time and were commended by the theatre’s staff for their excellent behaviour. Students are currently analysing Charles Dickens’ ‘A Christmas Carol’ over the festive period.
