We are absolutely delighted to share the news about one of our talented students – student C, who recently achieved the highest Grade possible to obtain in GCSE Art amongst other great results.

Student C thoroughly enjoys and is brilliant at photography, taking fabulous shots of real life nature and wildlife. His real passion however is Aircraft photography, and he often captures enigmatic photos of airplanes spotted in the Lake District.

When the Kendal Town Council saw his amazing work, and how beautifully student C captured shots of nature in and around Kendal, they promoted his photos on their Facebook page. Student C was then contacted by Furness Building Society, who loved his photography skills, and offered student C the opportunity to shadow their company photographer.

His photos were so fabulous that they used his photos as part of the rebrand and relaunch, and gifted him with his very own professional camera!

Student C now lives at Kendal Green, in one of our independence houses. Keeping photography as on ongoing hobby, student C is now studying Motor Vehicle maintenance.
