Residential accommodation is provided in seven, student age based, family style houses within the school grounds, and are all easily accessible to and from the education quad, where all our classrooms are. 

There are three houses located on the first floor of the converted main school building, with another four houses clustered around the grounds. The houses are fully maintained and managed by our on site Estates team who always ensure the homes are well look after, clean and safe.

Each house has its own comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated lounge with a media wall. Students can watch television in their free time in the lounges, play games consoles and access online services such as Netflix or Xbox live.

Each home has a computer suite to access the internet and also complete any learning tasks they may take home from school or college with them. We also have a range of resources and games also available in each living area for students to use, and encourage the students to tell us what they like so that we can build our resources around them based on their hobbies and special interests.

Each house also has a large, fully equipped modern kitchen and dining room, bathrooms and access to gardens.  

Students are encouraged to take responsibility for tidiness around the house and in their own rooms.

Students are appointed single study bedrooms and are encouraged to bring pictures, books and any other special items that are personal to them.

We have a large wooded area and hard court surfaces for recreation. There are swings and an adventure playground in the grounds for younger students. This area also includes a traverse climbing wall and exercise machines.
