In addition to new things happening, we are just as focused to now build on the current placements we have, both externally and internally (as well as our brilliant DofE), so we can put the skills our students have been developing into practice.

There continues to be some brilliant work happening which I’ve been able to see first hand out on placements, where session leads are setting challenging, but achievable targets for students, to ensure placements stay relevant and productive for students.

Whether it be changing tasks around, focusing on increasing length of time on placement, or even just introducing new faces for our students to interact with when on placement.

Progress in little steps is still progress, so thank you all for you’re hard work over these recent weeks/months.
