Every term, Dilston College staff are shown appreciation and supported with their wellbeing.

Through staff nominations, focused around how staff have helped each other, gone above and beyond, or to 'boost' a staff member to feel appreciated, the appreciation days are a great way to bring the team together, celebrate achievements, and promote positive relationships between peers.

The winners are rewarded with lovely hampers full of goodies and treats to enjoy and indulge in, to include chocolate, wellbeing bath and spa products, slippers and luxury teas and coffees.
