Specialist Education

On Friday 7th February we raised awareness of the NSPCC  helpline by joining in with Numeracy Day 2025.

Everyone came to school dressed in clothes with numbers on and staff began the day with a talk to pupils about what the NSPCC is and how they can help.

Pupils then had lots of fun solving a crime mystery, by working as a team to answer questions and solve number puzzles to find out Who framed Herbie Rain!

In the afternoon pupils used numbers to measure out ingredients and baked some yummy muffins.

Pupils also created new logos for the NSPCC and used their maths skills to find the missing pieces of a hidden to key to free Buddy!

Finally everyone created their own chatterboxes with maths puzzles and created kind comments about their friends.
