Specialist Education

Key Stage 2 and 3 students recently enjoyed a forest school session.

The forest is located at Raincliffe Woods and 5 students worked well together to build shelthers to keep them safe and dry overnight.

They could only use what they could find in the woods, and used branches for the shelter structures covered by leaves to prevent any rainwater coming in.

Student AO said that the experience was "wicked", he has never done Forest School before and had a fabulous time.

All students thoroughly enjoyed the session and were ready to sleep overnight, although staff not so much!
