Gaining work experience is valuable and will not only help me get more job opportunities, but also: develops my skills, boosts my confidence, and gives me an insight into the world of work.

I am currently in Year 11 and would like to go to college in year 12 and study Hair and Beauty.

My work experience has offered an insights into my chosen industry, and has given me the opportunity to learn about myself and my career aspirations for my future.

I currently attend Centurion Training Centre one day a week, this will support me into my chosen career either as an engineer or a mechanic.

I am yet to decide if I am going to go to college or join an apprenticeship programme.
