Staff and Students returned to Cambian Hereford School after a well earnt 6 week summer break. This week the whole school went to an indoor rock-climbing centre where staff and students focused on teamwork.
It was a fantastic day enjoyed by all, where new students and existing students were able to meet and work together to build on relationships.
Students participated in many exercises, which improved on their decision-making, developed their problem solving skills, boosted their focus and built on their confidence. Throughout the trip, the students built on their communication skills, overcome challenges and they all experienced a sense of achievement.
An example of the team work displayed can be seen in these pictures, where students had to climb the wall whilst working together to get the inflatable ball to the top without dropping it.
Students worked tirelessly to achieve this task and celebrated when they finally overcome the challenge.
