Potterspury Lodge School were proud to host a Macmillan coffee morning, on Friday 27th September.
Staff and students had spent the week baking and discussing the cakes and treats they were going to bring in. Some of the students had set up stalls to surprise parents with what they had been baking all week.
The school had a tombola and a raffle. The presents were amazing, ranging from an AEG toaster to Looney Tunes pens!
As a school they raised £240. This is a phenomenal achievement for they community who know that the money will be greatly received by Macmillian cancer support charity to fund all of the amazing work that they do.
Potterspury Lodge School would like to thank all of the carers and parents that attended the event and look forward to hosting more charitable events in the future.
