This week we are celebrating #cumbriacareersday in conjunction with #cumbriacareershub. Here are some photos of some of the fantastic employer encounters we have had this term, including meetings with MP's, Lord Bruce of Bennachie zooming in to talk to us about the House of Lords, work experience, a factory visit to Kimberly Clark to learn about Advanced Engineering, Careers Fairs and visits from local employers. Young people are developing plenty of employability skills and staff developing their ability to effectively deliver a rich careers curriculum.
