The morning of Friday the 13th brought a flurry of snow.
Although it lasted only until lunchtime, Class 6 made the most of this event.
It gave us the opportunity to practice signing the word "snow" during our morning greeting and all students watched intently through the classroom window as it gradually fell faster and heavier.
During our P.E. lesson, we took the opportunity to examine the snow more closely and went onto the courtyard outside. It was difficult to make proper snowballs, as the snow was so new and soft.
However, the students all managed to scoop up enough to throw it into the air and managed to make a mini snowman. Alas, it was not long before the snowman was demolished, but everyone enjoyed experiencing the first snowfall of the year.
