Year 11 students from Southlands School currently participating in their Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award experienced their first overnight camping trip as part of the Expedition section of the award. Conditions were clear but cold with very low night time temperatures. Despite this the Young People coped really well and completed a 12 mile hike with full expedition kit. Well done to all.
