Pupil's from Cambian Scarborough School took part in a number of activities for Children’s Mental Health Week. These theme was 'Express Yourself' and student's enjoyed a presentation about mental health and its impact. They were encouraged to share their own personal experiences, feelings and thoughts and then to engage their creative side and draw self-portraits. Students were asked to use the art to represent themselves, and how other people might view them as well as sharing their own positive thoughts about their peers.
Pupil's went on to study Dr Zeuss' ‘The Colours in me’ and how colours can be used to represent emotions.
