'Lest we forget', a phrase which was in the minds and hearts of those at Dilston College today during their Remembrance Day service.
In honour of this day, readings of war literature were carried out by students, with one of them creating their own wreath to place down, to remember those that have fought for and defended our country.
The last post was played before the two minutes silence, creating an incredible, moving aura, that everyone will remember for a lifetime.
After the Remembrance Day Service, the students and staff all warmed up with a cup of tea and a slice of poppy cake, made by one of their very own staff members.
What a brilliant service - Well done Dilston!
