This week, five students attended a cross-curricular trip to the Stories of Lynn Museum.
We heard lots of stories about the history of Lynn, including the murderer Eugene Aram, a gaol house escapee and Francis Burney, a famous female playwright. We viewed the old magistrates court, the town hall and lots of old artefacts including a ducking chair and gibbet.
Students escaped the Gaol house in an impressive 12 minutes and dressed up as people from the 1800’s, which was great fun and enjoyed by all!
