Grateley House School are taking part in this years Christmas Shoebox Appeal.
The Christmas Shoebox Appeal involves wrapping old shoeboxes and filling them up with a variety of presents, for those who would otherwise not receive anything at Christmas time. Grateley House have decided to donate their boxes to the Andover Foodbank.
The students thought about which age group of child they would like to buy for and embarked on a shopping trip to purchase some suitable gifts.
After a successful trip, the boxes were packed and a total of 9 shoeboxes were donated to the charity.
The students thoroughly enjoyed the experience and most of all, the knowledge that they have made a thoughtful contribution to the lives of others this festive season.
