This term at Project Compass, students have been involved in a project to lay a new floor in our outdoor workshop. As part of this students helped to refurbish a trailer.
They applied the skills they have learnt in maths to measure the lengths and angles of the pieces of wood and then cut the pieces to size.
Once they had restored the trailer they tested its success by moving the materials across the site with it and were pleased to report its success!
