A group of Year 7 and 8 students took part in a fieldwork trip to Plymouth EFW Facility to follow the journey of our waste and see how it turns into Kinetic energy to power homes.
The Students were ambassadors for the school and presented a good example of how mature and engaged our students can be offsite.
This trip will now be used to create project work based on the enquiry question ‘how can we get energy from waste?’
