To raise money for Children in Need, Devon School organised a number of events throughout the day for everyone to get involved in. We had a whole school fancy dress theme of “SPOTacular” with a prize for the most ‘SPOTacular’ student. At break time we had a coffee and cake morning with a staff VS students ‘Articulate’ quiz which students won on a tiebreaker! Throughout the day we also had competitions running such as a Pudsey colouring competition and a ‘guess the number of sweets in the jar’ competition, with students donating some of their Positive Points to enter. We finished off the day with a whole school game of staff VS students basketball in which the team that lost had to make a donation. Unfortunately for the staff, after a very close game the students were victorious!
