We are delighted to announce the addition of Cambian Brook View School, to our SEN Education portfolio. This independent specialist school is committed to sharing the outstanding practice shown within the wider Cambian group in order to provide a highest standard of education, therapy and care.
Situated in the rural village of Ribchester near Preston, Cambian Brook View School provides day and residential placements for both boys and girls, aged 8-19 years old with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder and other complex needs. We have a range of onsite accommodation available to our students from 5 bedded homes to 1 and 2 bedroom self contained flats which cater for our post-16 students encouraging more independent living. Each home benefits from communal lounges and dining rooms, creating a family environment where our young people will feel safe and comfortable.
We support students through a personalised curriculum that meets the needs of the individual whilst ensuring that everyone in our care receives the same learning and social opportunities as other children. With dedicated staff, a unique approach and purpose built facilities, we are able to provide a supportive, safe and happy environment where all young people can progress, regardless of their level of ability.
From a Sensory Integration Room and a Multisensory Light Room to a Music Room and a purpose built playground, Cambian Brook View School is also well equipped to support the sensory requirements of our students and assist in the development of co-ordination and communication as well as helping to promote interaction, concentration, calmness and confidence.
All students at Cambian Brook View School will be treated as the individuals they are, with care and education packages tailored to their unique needs, enabling everyone to achieve their personal best.
