Angus* came to Cambian Wing College in September 2014 and was dedicated to working hard and getting a good education. He had a full timetable of lessons and was always fully engaged in the community spirit of the college, whether it be by attending events or activities.
Angus responded positively to staff support, adopting the strategies needed to aid the development of his social skills and social understanding. Angus also made use of the various work experience opportunities offered and raised his academic profile.
By continuing to work hard, he successfully passed Functional Skills English at Entry level 3 and then went on to pass Cambridge Awards in English at Level 1. He was so passionate to continue his love of learning that he also sat GCSE Maths and completed his ICT Level 2 course before returning to home.
Angus is a testament to hard work paying off; congratulations Angus - you are an inspiration to us all!
